Yes, the ropes can be pulled apart using the two-part rope lock at the bottom. By moving it, the rope can be shortened or lengthened again as desired.

Is previous experience necessary to use/jump rope?

Our skipping ropes are suitable for all fitness levels, regardless of your previous experience. The adjustable length and simple composition make them extremely user-friendly for both beginners and experienced athletes.

How much does the shipping cost ?

The shipping costs are listed as follows:

  • Rest of the world: €15.99

Shipping is free for orders over €50.
