Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Within EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) Outside EU (Australia, Belarus, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States) .
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.
For orders over €50.00 we offer free shipping.
Deliveries abroad :
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
EU member states: €6.49
International outside EU: 11.99 €

Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 5 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 9 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
